Service Terms & Conditions
1. Payment terms
- 50% payment for booking fee (12 hours before start of the event)
- 50% remaining payment before start of event
2. Kindly note that a 20% surcharge will be applied for any jobs scheduled on weekends or public holidays.
3. For locations outside of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, additional transportation costs will be incurred, calculated based on mileage.
4. If required, accommodation costs for jobs outside of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor will be added to the overall charges.
5. MyEventMCP reserves the right to withhold all product and services if payment is not received in full.
6. Kindly note that there will be no refunds issued for any cancellations.
7. Any damages done to the equipment by the client will result in additional costs, which will be borne by the client.
8. Please note that all multi-production cameras are subject to availability. To secure one, we strongly recommend booking in advance.
